South Auckland born and raised, Savage was a founding member of New Zealand's most prolific Hip Hop group the Deceptikonz.
He is also a multi-platinum selling solo artist releasing two albums Moonshine (2006) and Savage Island (2009).
Savage was also the first NZ hip hop artist to sell 2 million singles in the USA with his single 'Swing'.
