There are a number of car parks nearby all city venues. Keep in mind that sometimes all of our venues are filled with events, so it’s good to have a backup plan.
Pre-paid Parking at the Civic Car Park
The Civic Car Park has direct access into Aotea Centre and is a great central place to park for other venues too. A limited number of pre-paid parking spaces are available on Level 2 of the Civic Car Park
, situated beneath Aotea Square. Entry is via Greys Avenue only.
You can only purchase a pre-paid parking voucher at the time you purchase your event tickets. You can also add a pre-paid car park voucher to an existing ticket order by calling the Ticketmaster Call Centre on 0800 111 999 or by visiting the Aotea Centre Box Office
Please note: Pre-paid carparks must be purchased at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
The closest car park to the Bruce Mason Centre is the Killarney Street car park, operated by Wilson Parking.

Western Springs Stadium
There is very limited parking around Western Springs Stadium and traffic can be a challenge for events with tens of thousands of people arriving at the same time. If you’re not keen to take the bus, pre-plan an area to park within walking distance. If you’re not familiar with the area, you may even want to do a test drive! One of the great things about Western Springs is the location in the central suburbs – you might even be able to park at a friend’s house.

Mt Smart Stadium
There’s parking in the streets around Mt Smart Stadium and some enterprising locals open up their car parks for a fee where you can park at your own risk, but the biggest key to getting a car park near Mt Smart Stadium is getting there early. A smart option is driving to a train station and getting the train to the stadium.
