Auckland Live My Order
Fancy skipping the queues? Now you can preorder your drinks and snacks and have them ready on your arrival at The Civic or during the interval of the show*.
Auckland Live My Order makes it simple to create your order en route to The Civic or when you get there, letting you skip the queues at no extra cost plus get access to special deals and offers!
*We are now taking orders for The Book of Mormon at The Civic.
* Orders for pre-show snacks and drinks must be placed at least 30 minutes prior to the show starting.
** Orders for interval snacks and drinks must be placed at least 10 minutes prior to the show starting.
*** Please note wine bottles cannot be taken into the theatre, however you are welcome to take your wine in glasses.
How to use Auckland Live My Order:
- Go to aucklandlive.co.nz/myorder
- Select the date and time of the performance you will be attending at The Civic.
- Choose your drinks and snacks and add to your basket.
- Please specify when you are wanting to collect your order e.g. pre-show or interval. If you wish to order items for both preshow and interval, please specify which items you would like to collect and when you would like to pick up the order in the ‘Special Instructions’ section during checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been checked and accepted by one of our staff.
- You can collect your order from the Theatre Bar, located through the main entrance of The Civic (near Door B). Pre-show or during interval, please be ready to collect your order 10 minutes prior to the show starting or recommencing.
- There is a dedicated line for order pick ups, then you just need to give your name to the bar staff. Enjoy the show!
