What time do I need to arrive before my tour? 
Please arrive 15 minutes prior so the tour can start on time. Due to limited capacity all patrons must have a ticket.

Do I need to print my ticket/s?
No, you can download your ticket/s onto your phone or make a note of your Ticketmaster account number in your confirmation email.  Our tour guides will have a full list of tour attendees to verify your attendance.

What should I wear?
The Auckland Town Hall Tours can include up to 300 stairs. Flat, enclosed shoes are advised. 

How many people can join the tour?
The Auckland Town Hall Tours is limited to 18 people per tour. This intimate number means we can offer you the best experience possible. 

Can I take photos during the tour? 
There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the tour. Your tour guide will advise you if specific photographs are not to be taken inside spaces. Video filming is not permitted. 

What level of fitness is required to join the tour?
A good level of mobility is required. On the tour you may climb around 300 steps as you move throughout foyers and spaces. While there are railings and a number of rests throughout the tour when the guide shares the Auckland Town Hall's stories, you will not have the opportunity to sit for any long period of time.

Does the Auckland Town Hall Tours have interpreters?
The Auckland Town Hall Tours is currently provided only in English. However, if you're interested in an interpreted tour please email us and we'll explore this for the future.
