Taking place each March, Auckland Arts Festival fills Auckland Live venues with an exceptional line-up of theatre, dance, music, circus and cabaret shows from New Zealand and around the globe.

Auckland Arts Festival 2018 promises a non-stop showcase of New Zealand and international acts, spanning theatre, dance, music, circus and visual arts and ranging from the most gloriously classical to the very edge of contemporary.

In 2018, the programme is led by the famous English National Ballet and the stunning work Akram Khan’s Giselle alongside À Ố Làng Phố, an endlessly creative new family circus show from Vietnam; The Naked Samoans return to the stage in the world premiere of The Naked Samoans Do Magic; two exhilarating encounters with one of the world’s most audacious composers, Max Richter, feature including his epic eight-hour overnight concert Sleep; plus Robert Lepage’s masterful work The Far Side of the Moon finally comes to Auckland and Grammy Award-winning jazz singer Cécile McLorin-Salvant & The Aaron Diehl Trio will dazzle for one night only!

PLUS the iHeartRadio Festival Club pops up for the Festival at the Aotea Centre –  a pop-up club to gather before and after a show, enjoy a delicious meal and live music.
