Take 45 minutes to pause, reset, and recharge.

This guided session introduces practical breathing techniques and simple, mindful movements designed to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and improve focus. Through accessible pranayama and evidence-informed breath practices, participants learn how to use the breath as a tool to manage pressure, increase clarity, and sustain energy throughout the day.

Beginning with gentle mobility exercises to release physical tension, the session progresses into structured breathing practices that support mental sharpness, emotional steadiness, and overall well-being.

Practised within Helios, this session uses light and space to enhance focus, calm the mind, and energize the body — giving participants a grounded, clear start to their day. 

Key info:

 

  • Duration: Each session is approximately 60 minutes, times may vary
  • Yoga mats: Mats will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer
  • Arrival time: Please arrive and settle in the 15 minutes before the session start time
  • Doors will close 5 mins after the session begins. There will be a venue lock out once the session commences.

Please note: photography and videography may be taking place at select sessions. Any photographs or videos taken may be used for future Auckland Live & The Art of Living promotions and marketing campaigns. If you do not wish for your image to be captured, please make yourself known to the videographer.
