Do I need a free ticket?
We recommend you secure a ticket, everyone who has a ticket will get priority entry into the experience up until 10 minutes prior to the performance starting at 8.20pm. Book here (link to follow).
After 8.20pm walk-up (those without a ticket) will be admitted.
Can I see the show without a ticket?
If you don’t have a ticket we will open up access to walk ups (ticketless) from 8.20pm, 10 minutes prior to the performance starting.
Do I need to create an account on Universe to buy a ticket?
Yes, you need to create an account when booking your free ticket on Universe. Just fill in your first name, last name and email address.
Where on Queens Wharf is the show happening?
Ka Tiri o te Moana performance is happening at the north end of Queens Wharf, in the courtyard behind The Cloud. To access the event, walk down between the Ferry Terminal and The Cloud.
What to wear?
We recommend checking the weather conditions before you come. The performance happens outdoors with no overhead shelter. Bring layers and dress for the weather.
Will this go ahead in the rain?
The rain date for this event is Sunday 1 March, 8,30pm and this will be announced on Friday 27 February via @aucklandlive social media channels and a notification will go out to all ticket holders of the date change.
If I can no longer attend and need to cancel my Tickets, what do I do?
- After booking the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation.
- In the email, click Manage Order, which will take you to your Account.
- Once signed in, click the drop-down menu on the top right corner.
- Then click My Tickets.
- Click More on the ticket to the event you wish to cancel
