Many of our New Zealand distillers don’t just make one spirit—they pour their heart into a range of creations. For the first time at Gindulgence, you’ll get the full distillery experience with the chance to explore rum, whisky, vodka, liqueurs and other exciting spirits alongside exceptional artisanal gin.
Meet the Distillers: The New Zealand Gin and distilled spirits industry produces world class products. Engage directly with the creators of your favourites and learn about the distillation process, signature ingredients, and their unique stories.
Complimentary Samples: It's always a bonus when you can try different gins without committing to a full bottle purchase. All our distillers offer complimentary samples throughout the event. Taste the flavours neat and see how they change and develop when you add a mixer!
Unique Signature Drinks: Enjoy delicious bespoke cocktails designed by each producer to highlight the unique and exciting flavours of their spirits. Artfully matched with beautiful Parched garnishes and the perfect Fever Tree mixer. You’ll be amazed at such an extensive menu in just one place!
There’s plenty to do: When you need a break from sampling, buy yourself a drink from your favourite producer, then sit back and relax to the live music. Grab a bite to eat from one of the fabulous local food vendors or head on up to the Gin Theatre to improve your gin speak even further.
The Gin Theatre: Learn the stories behind your favourite drinks and producers. There will be half hour talks from four of New Zealand’s finest distillers. Free to attend and full of valuable stories, fun and flavours.
Stock Up on Your Favourite Products or Curate your Collection: After sampling, you can buy your favourite products directly from the distillers, ensuring you have a bottle (or a few!) at home to continue your exploration of the distilled spirit world.
