FAQ for Pick & Mix

• Do I need a ticket if my children are attending?
  Everyone attending Auckland Live Pick & Mix must have a ticket, this includes infants sitting on laps.
   
• Can I drop my children off and collect them at the end of the performance?
  Children are not to be left unattended.
   
• I can’t attend the performance anymore, what can I do?
  If you can no longer attend a performance please cancel your tickets via Universe. Sign in, select ‘your tickets’ and then ‘cancel your order’.
   
• What is the recommended age for Auckland Live Pick & Mix?
  Auckland Live Pick & Mix is recommended for children 3 – 11 years old.
   
• I’ve missed out on tickets – what can I do?
  If you have missed out on booking tickets for a performance, please sign up to the waitlist. You are welcome to walk up on the day, we cannot guarantee you will get a seat for the performance, but if there is space you will be admitted. 
   
• I’ve registered to attend the performances at Māngere Arts Centre but have not received a confirmation email
  If you are attending an event at Māngere Arts Centre you will be contacted the Thursday before the performance to confirm your booking.
