This Christmas, wander among a series of towering Christmas totems in Aotea Square, where playful encounters, festive surprises and moments of wonder invite visitors of all ages to see the season through a child's eyes.
Created by artist Angus Muir in collaboration with Auckland Council, these spectacular five-metre-tall installations invite visitors to explore, play and uncover hidden festive delights. Each totem reveals a unique Christmas world, from Santa's bustling workshop and enchanted forests to Kiwi summer celebrations and festive feasts. Push buttons, turn knobs and trigger lights, sounds and playful surprises as you make your way through the city.
