Overload is a one-day festival devoted to celebrating New Zealand’s ever-growing anime and manga culture. There will be around 340 local artists selling their creations, anime/manga stores selling genuine collectibles, and brilliant manga author Hiroyuki Asada’s art exhibition - direct from touring Shanghai, Taiwan, and Japan. Not only that, there are cosplay performances, the Manga Mobile Library, a cosplay café, and itasha to enjoy. If you are an anime/manga fan or interested in Japanese pop culture, this is the event for you!
