This event was originally postponed due to recent changes to government-mandated alert levels and unfortunately securing a new date for this event has not been possible.

A year on from its hugely popular release, New Zealand's number one album, Waiata Anthems is coming to life this September 17th at The Civic. Waiata Anthems Live will bring together New Zealand’s most loved artists to perform their waiata in Te Reo Māori in celebration of Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori 2020. 

Featuring performances from iconic Kiwi artists such as Annie Crummer, Bic Runga, Drax Project, Che Fu, Hollie Smith, Don McGlashan, MELODOWNZ and Stan Walker. With more acts to be announced, Waiata Anthems Live will be an unforgettable night for New Zealand music, whilst supporting the Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre with 100% of the show’s proceeds.
