Cathy Chambers is an Account Manager at Auckland Live.
Cathy specialises in assisting clients wanting to host public events and festivals at our waterfront venues including Queens Wharf, The Cloud, Shed 10, and the Viaduct Events Centre.
Cathy’s experience includes working with clients on the World Masters Games/Olympics and FIFA Fan Festival HQ’s and festivals such as Taste of Auckland, Fried Chicken Festival, Chocolate and Coffee Festival, and the Aotearoa Art Fair.
Cathy’s strength is her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their vision and translating it into reality. Committed to teamwork and collaboration, Cathy thrives in environments where every member's contribution is valued. Cathy is passionate about crafting welcoming spaces and ensuring that every event is not only successful but also leaves a lasting impression on attendees.
A career highlight includes being selected as a scholarship recipient for the VMA Leadership Institute in Tampa, Florida in June 2023. Over six intensive days, she was immersed in industry knowledge sharing and had the privilege of touring the Yankees' spring training ground.
