Laurell Priestley, Receptionist
Laurell Priestley is a Receptionist based at the Aotea Centre. She is Auckland Live and Conventions’ first point of contact for patrons needing information on both event-related and wider Tātaki Auckland Unlimited topics.
She also provides administrative support for Auckland Live and Conventions staff, developing a comprehensive information database and streamlining systems to promote efficiencies in this ever-changing environment.
A passion for performing arts and excellence in customer service motivate her day, and her background in library services as well as running her own businesses have honed her skills for this role. With both administrative and customer service aspects, the ability to multi-task, focus quickly and stay calm under pressure are a must!
Born and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau, Laurell began working for Auckland Live in 2014 and has worked in her current role since 2016.
