Megan Too, Business Services Lead
Megan Too is the Business Services Lead for Auckland Live. In this role, she spearheads the planning and delivery of business services, systems and projects; acts as the fulcrum of collaboration between diverse teams; and provides operational advice, oversight and leadership.
Megan also leads the team that provides Auckland Live reception / call centre services, in order to support the needs of internal and external parties including patrons attending our events.
Prior to joining Auckland Live, Megan worked in roles that covered market research & analysis; support & operations for a mobile technology startup; and as a customer service / business process enhancement advisor.
Megan holds a BSc/BCom (Information Systems) and BSc(Hons) from The University of Auckland, and a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Auckland.
Driven by a profound passion for the arts, Megan finds purpose in supporting the vibrant tapestry of live performances and events. As a multi-instrumentalist with a deep appreciation for contemporary music, Megan recognises the transformative power of art to provoke thought, enable personal expression and growth, and to evoke emotions.
