Vanessa Immink, Creative Producer
Vanessa Immink is a Creative Producer in the Performing Arts team, programming and activating Auckland Live’s wide range of venues. Vanessa has previously worked across festivals such as Adelaide Fringe Festival, Kia Mau Festival and Pūtahi Festival, as well as produced multiple projects of various scales – from independent solo shows to large scale commercial projects like Blue Man Group, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Singin’ in the Rain, Cirque du Soleil and Hamilton. With a degree in musical theatre, Vanessa loves advocating for new Aotearoa musicals and cabaret, as well as Indigenous storytelling. She champions work that brings communities together to share stories that encourage the world to foster empathy and equity.
