A life-long ove of the arts can begin by nurturing and supporting young people’s interests in performance and creativity. 

For tamariki/children and families:
At Auckland Live, we love introducing tamariki/children to the performing arts through a wide range of family shows and free events, plus school holiday activities in Aotea Square (more info coming soon!). 

We are proud to support initiatives for children and young people by our partner companies and organisations including APO 4 Kids, the Auckland Symphony Orchestra's free concerts, and the National Youth Theatre, to name just a few.

For Secondary School teachers and students:
Auckland Live has collaborated with several Aotearoa/New Zealand contemporary theatre companies to to create a series of Auckland Live Digital Education Packs, specially designed for the New Zealand secondary school NCEA programme.
