Do I need a ticket?
No, it’s free and you don’t need a ticket.
What are the opening hours?
The installation is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
What if it’s raining?
The installation will be up, rain or shine.
Can I touch the inflatables?
Please enjoy the magic without touching the artwork.
Can I bring food and drinks with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drink along with you. The Terrace at Aotea Centre are also available offering coffees, drinks and snacks.
Where can I park?
The Civic Car Park is a short distance from Aotea Square. More parking and public transport options can be found here.
Where is the nearest bathroom?
There are bathrooms including accessible toilets in the Aotea Centre, which is open to the public Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm and on Sat and Sun it is open 60 minutes prior to an event in the Aotea Centre.
I have access needs – is Aotea Square easily accessible?
Aotea Square is a large outdoor space. As such it is easy to access for wheelchairs.
