Everything you need to know about getting to our shows and venues in Auckland
Whether you're using public transport or driving, we have some handy information to help you get to your events and shows on time.
Important Travel Update 01/12/25
The Wellesley Street Bus Improvements project has shifted to The Civic side of Wellesley Street.
Access to The Civic and The Civic Box Office will remain open for all events. .
If you're arriving from Aotea Square or the Civic Carpark, and heading to and from The Civic, we recommend using Queen Street footpath for the most accessible route.
Please note that the northern entrance to the Civic car park on Mayoral Drive, beside the Herald Theatre has changed to an exit only. Please use the Greys Avenue entrance only to enter the carpark.
Please allow extra time for your journey.

Car Parking
Auckland Transport manages the carparks close to our venues, such as Civic carpark.
If you are driving in to see a show, please come early, and consider using alternative car park options in the central city. The Civic Carpark can fill up very quickly on show nights.

We recommend downloading the AT Park app to avoid queues at the payment machines.
