If you are unwell and cannot make it to your performance, please contact Ticketmaster as early as possible – no later than 10am on the day of the performance – so they can exchange your ticket into another performance. Please note, Ticketmaster call centre operating hours are Mon-Sun 9am-5pm.
If you cannot get through by phone, you can fill in this contact request form and they will get back to you as soon as possible. We recommend that you continue to try to reach them if you need to discuss anything related to your tickets due to COVID related reasons BEFORE to your performance date.

How long is the production?
Girl From The North Country runs approximately 2.5 hours including an interval.
Where can I buy authorised tickets?
The authorised ticket seller for The Girl From The North Country is Ticketmaster.
Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry at the Venue. Entry to an event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable due to being purchased via an unauthorised sales channel.
What is the age recommendation?
The production contains some coarse language and sexual references, and is recommended for audiences aged 14 and over.
What concessions are accepted?
Concession discounts are available for certain performances, and price reserves.
Concessions are available Gold Card Holders 65+, Community Services Card Holders and Full-Time Students. Patrons will need to present their concession cards as required at the Venue.
Are there group discounts available?
