For the past seven years, the Waiata Anthems project — initiated by Dame Hinewehi Mohi and developed through APRA NZ — has championed the growth of waiata reo Māori.
What began as a translation project now celebrates original compositions that embody the depth, metaphor, and beauty of te reo Māori.
Featuring Jordyn with a Why, MOHI, and Muroki, He Manu Tīoriori showcases the next generation of soulful voices and infectious rhythms. A night of powerful performance and celebration, where the language and sound of Aotearoa take flight.
