Following the Government’s announcement which moved Auckland into Alert Level 3 at 6 am today, the Auckland Art Fair will be closed to the public on Sunday 28 February.
Ticket buyers who have tickets to today – 28 February - will be contacted in the next couple of days and will have the ability to request a refund for these tickets. Auckland Art Fair asks for patience during this time as they work through the logistics of this.
As soon as the Alert Level change was announced, participating galleries were contacted, and last night the majority were de-installing their booths.
The Auckland Art Fair very much regrets this, but is incredibly grateful that it has been able to hold the first four days of the Fair which have been successful for artists, galleries and partners alike, and would like to thank all of those who have visited the Fair over the last few days.
