Tickets purchased either online or via the Ticketmaster Contact Centre are automatically refunded to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. This will usually occur within 7 days.
If the card used to purchase is no longer valid, the refund can only be processed by direct debit, and the purchaser will need to contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at customer.help@ticketmaster.co.nz to arrange.
If tickets were purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet, the purchaser will need to return to that outlet to obtain a refund. Alternatively, purchasers can email customer.help@ticketmaster.co.nz with the order number and a bank account number for a direct transfer.
