For more than 30 years, Beth Orton has made records that exist outside of time, from the pioneering folktronica of Trailer Park to the self-produced Weather Alive. Her new album, The Ground Above, is her most direct and urgent work yet: a record about survival, love and grief, made with a band of trusted collaborators and moving between raw, searching songs and some of the most timeless melodies of her career.
Beth returns to Aotearoa with her band for one Auckland show in the Great Hall as part of the Te Ahurei To o Tāmaki Auckland Arts Festival 2027.
