Emerging Pixels #7
5 Oct 2017 – 26 Feb 2018
The Digital Art experience returns to Auckland Live for its seventh consecutive year with Emerging Pixels #7, a series of free and interactive digital art works by up-and-coming digital artists.
By Olivia Hobman
5 Oct – 18 Dec
Pastel City simulates a colourful and sprawling city that comes alive with the viewer’s movements.
Starting as a blank canvas, vibrant and colourful building-like shapes are revealed as you move around the work and discover a beautiful, randomly generated city.
Olivia Hobman is in her first year of a Bachelor of Creative Technologies at Auckland University of Technology ( AUT).

Joshua is currently working towards a Masters of Fine Arts at Massey University, Wellington, New Zealand.
