We regret to inform you that, due to Auckland being in Covid-19 Alert Level 3, we are unable to proceed with the Auckland Live Fringe Town Ceilidh at Auckland Town Hall. This event was due to take place in the Concert Chamber, Auckland Town Hall on Tuesday 16 February.  

We look forward to welcoming audiences back to Auckland Live to experience this wonderful event in the future. 

 

Learn Gaelic folk dancing and dance the night away with The Ceilidh Club Band.

If you’ve never danced at a ceilidh (kay-lee) before, now’s your chance for some free fun. Guided by veteran Ceilidh teachers, everyone is invited to join a circle and participate in some traditional Scottish/Irish folk music and dancing. Bring friends, whānau, or just yourself and make this an evening to remember!  

Leading the night will be Auckland Scottish Fiddle Club teacher, Anne-Marie Forsyth and Royal Scottish Country Dancing Society teacher, Katherine Uren.
