The Lost Letter Office Postponement:

Following the recent government advice around public events and mass gatherings, Capital E has had to postpone the North Island tour of The Lost Letter Office.

We understand this may be disappointing but in the interests of minimising the spread of Covid-19 we feel this is the best action to take. We hope to be able to bring you the wonderful Lost Letter Office theatre show in the future.

Follow the Capital E Facebook page and Instagram for updates and creative activities for young people.

For ticket holders booked to attend upcoming performances, refunds will be processed automatically – you do not need to contact us. Please allow 10 – 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at Ticketmaster here and follow the instructions.

A young girl writes a magical letter to brighten the day of an elderly neighbour. But when the letter’s adventurous journey makes its address unreadable, it gets sent to The Lost Letter Office. Can the bumbling sleuths who work there help the letter on its way? Or will it be enveloped in their snail-mail chaos forever?

The Lost Letter Office is a love letter to handwritten letters. Using magic, movement, music and clown performance, it explores how these endangered paper creations can deliver powerful gifts of love. Made for 2-8 year-olds, and anyone with a young imagination.
