Every year, the Farmers Santa Parade marks the beginning of the festive season in Aotearoa, sprinkling magic, song and dance down Auckland’s Queen Street. Next month, the parade will return for it’s 92nd year with an unmissable line up of family favourites.

The FREE annual event will be held in Auckland on Sunday, November 30th, 2025. Spectators can expect to see the parade hero, Santa, alongside magical floats and other beloved characters.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure the perfect viewing spot for this cherished holiday tradition.

 

Parade Route

Starts corner Mayoral Drive and Cook Street as normal, down Mayoral Drive, left into Queen Street, and right into Customs Street East, ending at the corner of Customs Street East and Britomart Place.

 

Public Transport

Transport to the Parade For Bus, Train and Ferry schedules and fares visit www.at.govt.nz or call the Contact Centre on 09 366 6400.

Road Closures

 All inner-city roads are closed between 11.30am and 4pm on Sunday 30th November 2025. People are advised to get into the city before 11.30am to avoid frustration with traffic and parking.
