Shakespeare’s first play is a romantic comedy full of energy and jokes – and this exuberant street theatre production doesn’t let the pace go for a second.
Valentine and Proteus have been dreaming about making it in Milan since they were little kids.
Just as they celebrate their final night in Verona, Proteus realises the woman of his dreams is right in front of him, and starts to reconsider moving cities. He has to ask himself – should you be loyal to your best mate? Or focus on finding the love of your life?
Song, schtick, and a bit with a dog!
