In the beginning there was the nothingness, then the night.
Imagine a world where darkness is your every day, where true sight relies on sensation, sound and feeling. In Ka Pō, Ka Waiata musicians work collaboratively to shape responses and environments of sound for darkness.
The night is fertile, a charged creative space, a place of richness and layered depth. It was in the night that the universe was sung into existence, and so Ka Pō, Ka Waiata brings together the woven layers of sound and cosmology...
To the glimmer of dawn, to the bright light of day where there is life.
