See Sergei Prokofiev’s classic musical story on the big screen in Peter & the Wolf- Live. This innovative Academy Award.-winning animated film, directed by Suzie Templeton, brings the familiar characters to life using stop-frame animation and puppets to recreate the timeless tale. The APO, conducted by Maestro Giordano Bellincampi, will perform the beloved score live on stage.
In Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, each character has its own signature tune. It is one of the most beloved, frequently performed orchestral works, and is an exciting and entertaining way for children to learn more about the orchestra.
