Soul singer TEEKS will headline his first ever New Zealand show when he joins the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra for a one-off gig at Auckland Town Hall as part of APO’s Session Series presented by Hallertau Brewery.
TEEKS (Te Karehana Gardiner-Toi), is an artist who is making a name for himself as a talented songwriter with an extraordinary, rich and nostalgic voice belying his 25 years.
TEEKS will perform a selection of his current and new music in an acoustic concert experience with full orchestra. Composer and arranger Mahuia Bridgman-Cooper has been selected by TEEKS to reimagine his music into full orchestral arrangements.
