We regret to inform you that due to Auckland being in Covid-19 Alert Level 4 we are unable to proceed with the Caitlin Smith Trio concert, part of the Auckland Live presents Morning Melodies in partnership with Ryman Healthcare Season. This concert was due to take place at the Bruce Mason Centre, Monday 6 September, 11am – 12pm.

Individual ticket holders:

For individual ticket holders booked to attend this performance, refunds will be processed automatically – you do not need to contact us. Please allow 10 – 14 working days for your refund to be processed. If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at Ticketmaster here and follow the instructions.

Season Pass holders:

We look forward to seeing you at the next concert. If you would like a refund, you can get one on your season pass from the Bruce Mason Centre Box Office, and then continue to purchase single tickets for performances throughout the rest of the year. Please note the Bruce Mason Centre and Box Office are currently closed. Please check the Auckland Live website at a later date for updated opening hours.
