Join the Auckland Symphony Orchestra for a programme of time honoured favourites and popular classics curated to celebrate places and environments that have created joy, inspired a lifetime of memories and encompass that all important concept of home.
The programme provides a musical offering with wide appeal for the whole family. Pieces include a medley from the film E.T by John Williams, selections from Lord of the Rings by Howard Shore, the beautifully descriptive Finlandia by Jean Sibelius, Morning Mood from Peer Gynt by Edvard Grieg and the Blue Danube Waltz by Johann Strauss, to name just a few.
We’d be delighted to share our two performances of this wonderful music with you and look forward to seeing you.
