Comic Con is one of the largest celebrations of science fiction, fantasy, graphic novels and popular culture in New Zealand. For the first time the NZSO will perform a special Comic Con-themed concert presenting some of the most popular music from television, film and video games.
Led by NZSO Associate Conductor Hamish McKeich, it will include composer Ramin Djawadi’s music from the hit TV show Game of Thrones and Alexander Courage’s theme from Star Trek.
