Join celebrated New Zealand tenor Geoff Sewell and special guests  Grammy Award-winning opera star, bass-baritone Jonathan Lemalu, tenor Cameron Barclay of the Ten Tenors, and Piano By Candlelight’s Carl Doy, one of New Zealand's most celebrated pianists, in a special evening of world-class classical crossover entertainment touring through New Zealand this May. An unmissable concert with four of New Zealand’s finest internationally successful artists, accompanied by the Black Quartet, coming together to showcase their talents with a mix of operatic arias and lighter classical crossover in place of Geoff’s group, Bravo Amici, who have been unable to return to New Zealand for this tour due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

All four artists have represented New Zealand in the international arena, and have a string of credits to their names. Geoff Sewell is a multi-platinum recording artist, founder of the world's first opera band Amici Forever, and is considered one of the best practitioners of classical crossover in the world. He has enjoyed huge success globally with Amici Forever, and as a solo artist with two #1 selling albums and a UK Classical Brit Award best album nomination.

Since winning the New Zealand Mobil Song Contest in 1998, Jonathan Lemalu has gone on to an illustrious international operatic career, rated by the world’s leading operatic authorities as a major talent with a unique voice, combining the depth and authority of a bass and the flexibility and vocal colouring of a baritone.

Tenor,Cameron Barclay, whose operatic talent was recognised early on by mentor Dame Malvina Major, has toured the world since 2014 as a prominent member of the well-known Ten Tenors; Carl Doy ONZM is undoubtedly one of this country’s best known and loved award-winning musicians.
