Māui is back for one night only!
Māui has stunned audiences across Aotearoa with sell-out seasons in 2018, 2021, and 2022; now the Freshman's crew is taking the Pacific magic across the ditch to Australia with shows at the Sydney Opera House and at the prestigious Home of the Arts in the Gold Coast.
Before they go, the Freshman's crew will return to the Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre, Aotea Centre, for one night only to once again bring to life the thrilling tales of Pacific superhero Māui!
Supported by Auckland Live, Māui features stunning choreography, ground-breaking animation, soul-moving live music and spine-tingling spoken word. This show is the perfect way to wrap up the Matariki season and is a show for the whole whānau can enjoy.
Catch this amazing cast of 35 talented young people retelling the stories that shaped our childhood in this one-night-only showing of Māui. Let's set this waka to the ocean and bring the magic of Māui back to life once again.
