The Chamber Music New Zealand season concludes with fun, fire and flair thanks to the Imani Winds. Their mission is to use collaboration, outreach, and new commissions to bridge diverse musical traditions, including American, Latin American and African.
Imani Winds will give us a taste of their education and outreach projects with Musical Journey Around the World – expect witty introductions, demonstrations of instruments, short classical and world music gems and interactive sing-alongs.
This educational concert will allow children’s imaginations to soar, inspiring them to become the musicians and audiences of the future.
