The NZCT Chamber Music Contest is an iconic secondary school musical event held annually throughout the country, starting in June. Celebrating its fifty-fourth anniversary in 2019, we’re looking forward to at least another fifty years of inspiring youth music-making and celebrating the fantastic musicians and composers who have launched their careers through the Contest.
This is the perfect opportunity for young musicians, regardless of standard or experience, to compose and perform chamber music, and strive towards excellence.
