Tchaikovsky Marche Slave
Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto
Rimsky-Korsakov Scheherazade

The Marche Slave sums up Tchaikovsky’s unbeatable appeal. It’s music of high passion, and a ripper of a tune. Exactly the same can be said of Tchaikovsky’s concerto. Star German violinist Arabella Steinbacher will give a glittering performance of what is quite possibly the most popular violin concerto ever written.

More violin solo pyrotechnics in Rimsky-Korsakov’s retelling of the Tales of the Arabian Nights. APO Concertmaster Andrew Beer performs the musical embodiment of the Sultan’s wife, Scheherazade, spinning ever more fantastic stories in dazzlingly exotic music.

Conductor Xian Zhang’s performance is supported by the Templar Family Office.
