From cuts to condiments, slow-cooked, smoked or charred, meat-eater, veggie, pescie, vegan – whatever the preference, it's welcome here. We bring New Zealand’s best chefs, artisans, distillers, brewers, wine-makers, and BBQ masters together to share insights, innovation, and incredible food.
Expect masterclasses from top BBQ and butcher cooking heroes (Noel "BBQ Jesus” Hassapladakis- the BBQ guru and The Tattooed Butcher), competitions, awesome pop-up restaurants, live music, award-winning street food, the best must-have BBQ equipment demonstrations, and our own boutique whiskey distillery and craft beer and cider ‘Fermentation Tent’.

Covid update: Culley’s Smoke & Spice Festival has been rescheduled again with the event now taking place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September 2022.
All tickets will automatically be transferred to the new festival date to the respective new sessions. However If you cannot make the new date you can request a refund through Eventfinda at support@eventfinda.co.nz by Monday 2nd May 2022. Please include your order ID when requesting your refund.
