Ticketing:  You are welcome to book for as many people as you would like, however each person must have an individual ticket to gain entry.

Arrival: Please be seated in the Auckland Town Hall by 2.15pm. Late arrivals may be required to wait for an appropriate point in proceedings before gaining access.
Security: Bags will be checked before entry. Please be ready for this or consider leaving bags at home.
Assistance: Please let us know if you have any disabilities that might require assistance by emailing accessibility@aucklandlive.co.nz.  This will allow us to put space aside for wheelchair users and make any other necessary provisions.
