We regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with this morning's Royal New Zealand Navy Band Concert at the Auckland Live Morning Melodies series in partnership with Ryman Healthcare. This performance was due to take place on Monday 15 February at the Bruce Mason Centre but is cancelled due to Auckland being in Covid-19 Alert Level 3 at this time.
Individual ticket holders:
For individual ticket holders booked to attend this performance, refunds will be processed automatically – you do not need to contact us. Please allow 10 – 14 working days for your refund to be processed. If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at Ticketmaster here and follow the instructions.
Season Pass holders:
We look forward to seeing you at the next concert. If you would like a refund you can get one on your season pass from the Bruce Mason Centre Box Office, and then continue to purchase single tickets for performances throughout the rest of the year. Please note the Bruce Mason Centre and Aotea Centre Box Office are currently closed. Please check the Auckland Live website at a later date for updated opening hours.
Alternatively, you can complete a Bank Account Refund Request through Ticketmaster on this link. Please make sure you select the topic ‘Cancelled/Altered Event’, select Refund to Bank Account and fill in the Bank Account Refund Request Form.
We look forward to bringing these monthly feel-good concerts back to the Bruce Mason Centre later this year, with the next concert, Robin Kelly and Friends play Elvis and the Beatles, scheduled for Monday 1 March.
The Navy band is back at the Bruce Mason Centre for the first concert in Auckland Live’s Morning Melodies Concert Series 2021. As always, these concerts allow the band to find new pieces to excite and challenge their audiences, as well as a good mix of your favourite tunes.
