Five years after he was last here - F1 Team alongside Crown Ruler are delighted to announce the much awaited return of Washington D.C.-born, Chicago-raised , Detroit-based DJ and producer Theo Parrish to Aotearoa to play Tāmaki Makaurau this Spring as part of his Carhartt WIP Oceania Tour.

In one of the most revered and beautiful rooms in the city - The Civic Wintergarden; The Sound Signature head will play all night long - first note to the last - in a very special extended set the likes of which he has become legendary for.

Parrish’s production and DJ sets risk it all - unafraid to put out exactly what’s within him, regardless of whether it sculpts to a particular genre or style. Parrish has been immersed and recognised in Detroit’s creative community since 1995. He began manufacturing vinyl independently on his imprint in 1997, and  has since  continuously engaged, challenged and redefined the limits of Black dance music, serving as a shining example of creative independence. Tireless as ever -  recent releases include his entry into the hallowed “DJ-Kicks” series and a brand new LP with Maurissa Rose “Free Myself””
