AOTEAROA’S BIGGEST PARTY RETURNS THIS NOVEMBER

After a two-year hiatus ZM’s Friday Jams Live returns! We’ll be turning up the heat for our fourth installment of the much-loved event series. Get ready as we deliver the biggest party yet.

ZM’s Friday Jams Live will continue the legacy for presenting the sleekest production, insatiable visual candy, and pyro for days – taking the notorious style to a whole other level.

ZM’s Friday Jams Live will hit Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland for one show only on Sunday 13th November 2022 at Western Springs Stadium. Featuring a line-up including Macklemore, TLC, Akon, Ashanti, Shaggy, Jay Sean and more!

ZM FRIDAY JAMS - FAQ'S

Access to the show

Access for all ticket holders is via Great North Road. There is no access via Old Mill Road.
 


Access to other categories – I have purchased gold, my friends are in sliver - can we join them?

You will only be able to access the zone you have purchased your ticket for with the exception of Platinum ticket holders who will also be able to access the Gold Standing area.

All ticket holders can access the outer field food and beverage zone.


Is there any onsite parking?

There is no general onsite parking for this show.

Mobility parking is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility parking permit. To reserve parking please email bookings@aucklandstadiums.co.nz . Permit will need to be presented to traffic control staff on the day for access. More details about location of parking will be provided closer to the time.


Is there free public transport?

Standard bus and train services are included with your ticket from 1pm until end of daily services.

Special Event buses will depart from outside 120 Quay Street 3:30pm – 6:30pm and go directly to Western Springs.

Post event they will depart from Williamson Ave.

A post event Mobility shuttle will collect patrons who are mobility impaired from the corner of Tuarangi Road and Great North Road and take patrons to the Special Event bus stop.

Age Restrictions

This is an all-ages show.

Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. While this is an all-ages show, we do not recommend bringing young children or babies to this event. All patrons including children and babies require a ticket. Ear protection is strongly encouraged.

Where is the best drop off point?

There will be dedicated P5 drop-off/pick-up points on Great North Rd between Motions Rd & St Lukes Rd pre & post event
 


Is there a bag/coat check

Sorry, there is no bag or coat check service for this event.
 


Can I leave and come back?

There are no pass outs for this show. If you leave you will not be able to re-enter.
 


Will it go ahead if it is raining?

The show will go ahead rain or shine. Western Springs Stadium is an entirely outdoor venue so please be prepared with a poncho or raincoat should wet weather be forecasted. Ponchos will also be available for purchase from the merchandise tents.
 


Do the gates close at any particular time?

No the gates do not close, you can arrive at any time you wish.
 


Are there tickets still available?

Yes tickets are still available and can be purchased from Ticketmaster.

We strongly discourage purchasing from 3rd party sellers such as Trade Me or Viagogo. We cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased from these sellers.


Box Office

The box office will be open on Great North Road from 10am show day. Unless sold out prior, tickets can be purchased directly from the box office.
 


What is the difference between the ticket types?

All ticket categories are general admission – there are no allocated seats.

Gold standing – located in the main field bowl

Gold Terrace – Located on the tiered concrete steps just above the field

GA Silver – Located in the upper embankment


What can/can’t I bring?

Prohibited Items

  • Commercially prepared foods such as takeaways and soft drinks
  • Chilly bins
  • Cans, aluminum or glass containers, bottles or cutlery (this includes bottles of perfume)
  • Alcohol or illicit drugs
  • Air horns or loud hailers
  • Furniture, chairs or stools
  • Prams or strollers
  • Animals (except for Assistance Dogs)
  • Dangerous goods
  • Video cameras and recording devices such as drones, iPads, tablets or Go Pros (cell phones are ok)
  • Cameras with a removable lens, a lens larger than a regular watch face or cameras which may be deemed to be for professional use
  • Selfie sticks
  • Umbrellas
  • Costume/dress-up full-face masks and helmets
  • Large items that cannot be placed under the seat
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles or scooters
  • Fireworks, flares or laser lights
  • Large poles for flags that could be considered dangerous or view obstructing
     

Items that in the opinion of management/security could cause harm or nuisance to other patrons

If in doubt, please leave it at home. Stadium Management takes no responsibility for goods surrendered.

Items of value recovered after an event will be held at the stadium for 5 working days after which they will be handed into the Auckland Central Police Station.

 

Permitted Items

  • A bag no larger than an A3 size of paper (297mm x 420mm)
  • Sealed plastic bottle of water up to 1 Litre (lid may be removed on entry) *
  • Small quantities of home prepared food such as sandwiches, baking or fruit
  • Banners, flags (without poles) and posters at the discretion of Stadium Management *
  • Picnic blankets and mats
