__________

Following two sold-out seasons, the acclaimed lighting exhibition Darklight returns this April school holiday with its most immersive edition yetThe Hidden World, a luminous journey designed to spark curiosity, wonder, and discovery for all ages.

Created for families and design enthusiasts alike, The Hidden World invites visitors to look closer and uncover the unseen magic of light. From glowing flowers to projection on mist, it is a living, vibrant environment where art, technology, and imagination converge.

By day, the space radiates with colour, movement, and interactive installations for explorers of all ages.

As night falls, the atmosphere transforms, light deepens, soundscapes emerge, and the experience becomes an immersive after-dark world of reflection and sensory wonder.

The experience begins with a transitional arrival space designed to separate visitors from the outside world and set the tone for what’s to come.

The spaces:

Earth in Bloom - a responsive light garden where plants, fungi and creatures react to human presence.
Beneath the Surface - an aquatic realm where light flows like water and glowing forms emerge from the depths.
Sky Garden - explores the invisible forces of the atmosphere through refracted light.
The Core -  where light pulses and scatters like living energy.
The Cosmos - light and sound converge in a collective, immersive moment - connecting the elements of earth, water, air and fire.

Book your session ticket and wander at your own pace, discovering a hidden world waiting to be seen.
