Hosted by Hugo Grrrl, with a brand-spanking-new cast (please don’t spank the cast!), expect poetry, literature, non-fiction, and of course, the worst and most hilarious erotica the Internet can provide.

After the show, journey through the depths of The Civic to find The Secret Piano Bar, Club-a-lub-a-ling-long and enjoy performances by some surprise guests, get your fortune told, you might even meet a few new weird and wonderful friends along the way.

Due to the Government’s Covid-19 alert level changes in Wellington, the artists of Naked Girls Reading are following Ministry of Health guidelines and self-isolating. Because of this, the 24 June performance was cancelled.

Your tickets will be refunded automatically, there is nothing to do on your part.  Please allow 10 – 14 working days for your refund to be processed. If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at Ticketmaster here and follow the instructions. 

Performances scheduled for 1 & 2 July will go ahead as planned – please be advised that you will need to book new tickets for these sessions should you wish to attend.
